Shipping Policy

Note that we do not have control over the shipping times. We give an estimated time that the item will arrive at the destination, and we are not responsible for delays that may occur.

The shipping times don't include weekends and public holidays. As soon we process your item, you can track it on the page  https://2daystore.com/apps/tracktor/track

Estimated Shipping Times

USA - 7 to 15 business days

Europe -  7 to 15 business days

Other regions- 15 to 30 business days

Packages can take longer than the expected time. In case of no tracking updates (up to 60 business days), we will ship out a new item.

Processing time

Please, note that it can take up to 6 days for an item to be fully processed. Shipping time differs from the processing time (including checking, packaging, logistics and posting).

You will receive an email with your tracking order number confirming that it has been processed.  Shipping companies will pick up and dispatch the item.

Cancelling

After an order has been placed, you will not be able to cancel if it is fully processed.

If you cancel within 30 minutes before the order is processed, there is a cancellation fee of 20 dollars.
