1. Payments and Promos

1.1 Which payments methods do you accept?

We accept payments by all the major credit cards such as: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and more.

1.2 How do I know that my order was processed?

We will email your order details as soon the payment be made.

1.3 Why my card was not accepted?

Ensure your bank details and billing address are correct

2. Returns and Refunds

2.1 Can I modify my order?

If you want to modify your order, you have 24 hours to contact us by sending an email to 2daystore.com@gmail.com. After that, you will need to place a different order.

2.2 What if I want to cancel my order?

Yes, as long the item has not shipped out, you can cancel it. Send an email with your order number to 2daystore.com@gmail.com and we will refund you.

2.3 And if I want to return the item?

Yes, mostly of the items can be returned. Some exceptions such type of products cannot be returned. If you are unsatisfied with the product we will fully refund you.

  1. Send an email with the order number and your name.  Explain why you want to return it
  2. Within 24 hours we will contact you
  3. Return to us. Once we receive the item we will inspect it
  4. If it is in conditions we will fully refund it

3. Shipping 

3.1 Where do you ship?

We do offer worldwide shipping. However, it depends on the product availability for each country.  

3.2 How many days do I need to wait to get my order?

We do offer a fast shipment. However after an order is placed, it can take between 7 to 30 days, depending on the product availability and the locations of our warehouses.

3.3 How can I track my order?

Once we process your order we will email you the details of the order. After you received the order number you will be able to check the status of your item on the track order page
